Mr. Neighbarger has been my insurance agent for over 20 years. He and the others in the office have always been prompt in responding to calls. Everyone is friendly and pleasant. All claims have been handled promptly. Even more, when I’ve called with an issue I didn’t know how to handle they have been helpful with advice and assistance. They are truly nice people. As long as they want my business, they’ll have it.

Been with John and Erie since 2001. Quick service, very professional. Getting to deal with a real agent and not a call center or computerized system makes for fewer mistakes and is super easier on me, the customer. I know I can call John and get what I need.
